I'm overall happy with the product. Other reviews say they are a bit flimsy but that helps make them easy to adjust in my opinion. They Definitely feel up to the task. I took the bike for a 20 kilometre ride over varying terrain and had no issues with them. The product is not specified for the granite model but the rear fitted without modification and the front required a bolt and nut which I purchased from a hardware store and cutting away the shorter of the two support legs which were redundant in my application.

Bought this as the page said it fit the Reid UrbanPlus perfectly. The mudguards arrived missing two bolts and had no instructions. Additionally one of the struts that connects the plastic guard to the bike frame was twisted and had to be bent back into shape. I asked Reid Support if there were any instructions, and was told there aren't any. A simple visual A4 sheet showing what to do (like with IKEA furniture) would go a long way. I took two bolts off another one of my bikes to complete the install.
Given how fiddly setup was (as the other review can attest) with everything movable paired with the lack of any instructions, this took ages. Now they are fitted they are okay, but a shame they didn't come with anything to help guide the rider with an install. If you've never fitted mudguards before I would recommend getting them fitted by Reid. Better yet, just buy a 3rd party mudguard set from a known brand like SKS, since there's nothing special about this set. It looks quite flimsy and no doubt have a hefty profit margin for Reid. A real shame.
