How do I make a purchase?

When you are ready to purchase your items, click the Shopping Cart in the top right. This will open your minicart where you can quickly review your items and proceed to Checkout.

You will then need to login to your account, create one with us or checkout as a guest.

If you require assistance or would like to pay by invoice, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?
Reid Cycles offers a number of payment methods including Gift Card, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal or Buy-Now-Pay-Later finance services (Zip Pay and Zip Money).

Is there a charge for American Express?
Reid Cycles is happy to accept American Express. Reid covers the 1.5% AMEX fee so you can enjoy the benefits of using this card with no additional charges.

How do I know my payment transactions are secure?
We ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. The Reid Cycles payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption and we do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete.

Do you accept Zip Pay or Zip Money?
Yes, we do! Just select this option at checkout to complete your application with Zip.

How much can I spend with Zip?
Reid Cycles offer Zip Pay (quick approval for purchases up to $1,000) and Zip Money.

With Zip Money you can choose 3 months or 12 months interest free up to $5,000.

Important Notice: To approved applicants only.12 Months Interest Free applies to any Reid order over $1,000, 6 Months Interest Free on any Reid orders above $240 and less than $1,000 and 3 Months Interest Free on orders under $240. Minimum monthly payments (see your contract) are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will not pay out the purchase within the interest free period. Any balance outstanding at the expiry of the interest free period will be charged interest at the standard annual percentage rate, currently 19.90%. A monthly account service fee of $4.95 is applicable while there is a balance outstanding. A one-off Establishment fee is applicable for orders over $1,000, please check your contract for details.
