Buy One, Plant One

Since January 2020 we have worked with not-for-profit reforestation partners to donate enough money to pay a local person a fair wage to grow, plant and guard to maturity 1 native tree for every bike we sell.

We've now planted more than 200,000 trees and counting.

No kickstand but apparently I should of known that??

The bike itself came well packaged and very fast considering the size of packaging. It assembled very easily and things looked like it was going well. Then we noticed no kickstand included. The online product description does not mention this anywhere nor does it prompt you at point of sale to buy one! But, according to the customer service response, somehow, I should of known this as its standard across the industry, ha! Not everyone works in the industry guys, so fix your website and the product descriptions especially considering your moving to online only. A store purchase by a sales person would prompt such things, but not an incomplete online product description. Besides this, the welds on this bike are quite unsightly. Very lumpy and lacking a good grind before the painting process to make it smoother. I understand its a cheaper bike, but this doesnt take much effort really. If it werent for the ugly lumpy welds and the lack of online communication, 5 stars.
