How much does shipping cost?
We offer a subsidised shipping rate around Australia starting at $29.99 per bike. This price varies based on the type of bike you order and where you live. To check the price of delivering an order to your location, please proceed to checkout and enter your address.

For orders containing only parts and accessories, we offer the best price available at the time - please review at checkout.

For shipping to remote island locations, please contact customer service for an estimate and we'll be happy to see what we can do.

Please note: There are a small number of suburbs that we don’t currently deliver to. This is because our service provider doesn’t service these areas. We also do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For further information, please contact customer support.

We do not ship outside of mainland Australia. If you live overseas and would like to buy a Reid bike, please visit our international website to view a list of retailers in over 30 countries through Europe, Oceania, Asia, Middle East and North and South America.

We are currently unable to ship to Australian islands not connected by bridges.

What are my estimated dispatch & shipping times?
Orders for items that are currently in stock are usually dispatched same day from our Melbourne warehouse if the order is received before 12pm AEST. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times can vary depending on the size of the items ordered, with bulky goods taking longer than smaller items. Please note, some orders may be subject to a security check prior to being dispatched which may cause a delay. The below delivery estimates are calculated from the time of purchase:

  • VIC: 3-6 business days
  • NSW: 4-7 business days
  • SA: 4-7 business days
  • QLD: 4-7 business days
  • NT, Nth QLD: 6-9 business days
  • WA, TAS: 7-10 business days
  • Other rural/remote destinations: 7-14 business days

Does my bike come pre-assembled if I get it delivered?
Bikes are sent 85% assembled in a box and carefully packaged for protection. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears.

We recommend that the assembly is done by a bike mechanic or another suitably experienced person. Damage caused by incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty.

Please see our Video Assembly Guides for clear step-by-step instructions if you choose to assemble the bike yourself. You will also need the correct tools.

Does someone have to be home for my delivery?
It's always best to send to an address that has someone in attendance. You should also give our courier an 'Authority To Leave' instruction by selecting this option at checkout to avoid the risk of incurring a re-delivery fee.
